This is a rich 6-inch cake with three layers of decadent chocolate cake with a cookies and cream cheesecake filling, layers of chocolate ganache, and chocolate chips. This cake is covered in cookies and cream buttercream and smothered with chocolate ganache. Serves 14-24 depending on how the cake it cut.
